Terms of Use
Last Updated: 26/10/2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Desoline Inc. ("Desoline," "we," "us," or "our"), the owner and operator of ClickaBeam. They govern your access to and use of the ClickaBeam website at clickabeam.pro, software, applications, and related services ("Services").
By accessing or using ClickaBeam, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services.
You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement to use the Services, or have the consent of a parent or guardian where the law requires it. If you use ClickaBeam on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Use of the Services
Desoline grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware or harmful code, circumvent security measures, use automated systems in a manner that disrupts the Services, or use ClickaBeam for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
3. Software
The ClickaBeam software is licensed to you under the ClickaBeam End User License Agreement ("EULA"), which governs your download, installation, and use of the software, including the optional Massive component, the usage data the software sends, and the limits on Desoline's liability for the software. If these Terms and the EULA conflict about the software, the EULA prevails.
Unless permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, modify, or exploit ClickaBeam software except as expressly authorized by us.
4. Distribution
The ClickaBeam Windows application is distributed as a direct download from clickabeam.pro. The installer file is served from Google Cloud Storage (storage.googleapis.com) on behalf of clickabeam.pro. ClickaBeam is not distributed through the Microsoft Store, and copies of ClickaBeam are not obtained through the Microsoft Store.
Download ClickaBeam only from clickabeam.pro. Desoline is not responsible for copies obtained from any other source, which may be modified or unsafe.
Desoline is solely responsible for ClickaBeam and for providing support for it.
5. Phone Companion App
ClickaBeam may offer an optional phone companion app that controls the ClickaBeam desktop app over your local network. When the companion app is available, it will also be subject to the terms of the app store you download it from. The store operator is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for ClickaBeam.
We do not guarantee compatibility with every phone, PC, or network configuration.
6. Intellectual Property
ClickaBeam and its software, website, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and other proprietary content are owned by Desoline Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of any ClickaBeam intellectual property to you.
7. Third-Party Services
ClickaBeam may integrate with or provide links to third-party products and services.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Massive is an optional third-party service provided by Massive (joinmassive.com), not by Desoline. The Windows installer offers Massive, an optional service that keeps ClickaBeam free, on its own setup page with Accept and Decline. If you accept, Massive uses a small share of your computer's unused processing power, storage and internet bandwidth, including routing public web traffic for Massive's business customers through your connection, so the websites involved see your IP address. Massive runs in the background whenever ClickaBeam is running, and ClickaBeam keeps running in the Windows system tray after you close its window. Setup also ticks “Start ClickaBeam when you sign in (runs in the tray)” by default, which you can untick. You can switch Massive off at any time with the “Massive Service” switch in ClickaBeam's “Support ClickaBeam” panel, and Exit from the ClickaBeam tray icon stops it. Uninstalling ClickaBeam also removes Massive, and Massive has its own entry in Windows Settings → Apps → Installed apps. Decline and Massive isn't set up — ClickaBeam works exactly the same.
If you accept Massive, your use of that service is governed by Massive's terms (https://joinmassive.com/terms) and privacy policy (https://joinmassive.com/privacy). See the "Optional Bandwidth Sharing (Massive)" section of our Privacy Policy and the Massive section of the EULA for details.
8. Updates and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or replace features of ClickaBeam from time to time.
We may also release software updates, bug fixes, security updates, and new versions.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary, including in cases of violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or conduct that may harm ClickaBeam, its infrastructure, or other users.
You may stop using ClickaBeam at any time.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClickaBeam is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available, or that all defects will be corrected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Desoline and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.
For the ClickaBeam software, the limitation of liability in the EULA, including its cap of fifty US dollars (US$50.00), applies.
Any limitations in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not limit rights or liabilities that legally cannot be excluded.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Desoline and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services or material violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on clickabeam.pro with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without giving effect to its choice of law rules.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yaffo, Israel. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence or your right to bring proceedings there.
